Can the Mind Over Metabolism program help you reach your health goals, including losing weight and reversing insulin resistance?
Includes CGM prescribing if desired (optional)
Mind Over Metabolism for Individuals
Personal Health Coaching
The most intensive and personal level of coaching, including mindfulness training and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
Recommend 1-2 hours of sessions per month, schedule at the discretion of the patient
Includes the services in MATCH (Metabolic and Thought Consultation for Health) except included labs
Labs as needed at a low additional price
Includes frequent communication for day-to-day support as needed, medication initiation and management when appropriate, and services related to optional CGM
